2341 hours - Was just watching The Greatest Night In Pop documentary, and now I'm in the studio writing a new song.
Louise and I went to the premiere of Jane Badler's movie "The Lies We Tell Ourselves". The director was not only on the Red Carpet, she WAS the Red Carpet (her dress was the carpet). Louise and I said hello to Jane, and then high-tailed it outta there. I hate crowds. We then had some delicious Chinese and some lovely coffee and donuts, then she drove me back into the city. We spoke about band promotion etc. She is using an amazing social media guide for her band Roles. I think I might look into it as well, as the strategies all sounded sound.

0120 hours - I've written the pre chorus and the chorus. I should do the verses but I'm getting tired. I'll take Jack for a quick walk in the streets at night and then get some shuteye.

1253 hours - Called Adam for my weekly management call, but he's on hold with another call, so we are texting each other. He's going to get a new Bengal cat. Meanwhile my Jack is on the couch making himself a little nest.
I'm in the studio writing another new chorus for this track. Been listening to Number One Billboard songs from the 60s to the 2000's for inspiration.
1322 hours - wrote the new chorus while Adam is still on hold.
